Signature drink: Be adventurous and try the refreshing Ama Mizu. Made with vodka, rose petals and shaken with sake this ‘quintessential watermelon martini’ tastes divine ($16).
The wow factor: Toko’s Sake Sommelier - twenty-eight year old Paul Birtwistle - whips up intriguing liquid mixes in the sake bar.
